Int'l. Presiding Bishop

Bishop, Clifford T. Olford is the establishmentarian, visionary and                     the Int’l. Presiding Bishop of the Breath of Life United Fellowship of                 Churches, Int'l.

Bishop Olford was ordained as a deacon June 12, 1993 and licensed as                 a Minister of the Gospel June 11, 1995, in Greater Word to the Word                     Ministries Inc., Trenton, N.J; under the leadership of Apostle D.C Thomas Sr. He began serving as the Apostle's armor bearer, constantly, interceding for his leader while still serving in other aspects of ministry.

On May 31, 1998, he was ordained as a presbyter in the Lord's church and placed in charge of teaching the deacons and ministers the many aspects of ministry to better prepare them for the job ahead. During these years, Bishop C.T. Olford received many awards for his service.

In December 1999, Bishop, Clifford T. Olford was installed as Interim Pastor of the second location of Greater Word to the World Ministries and held that position until his apostle unified both churches.

Throughout the years many lives have been impacted through his ministry. He also served as Pastor of Protocol and Sergeant of Arms in GWTTW/Greater Church Fellowship Inc. upholding and teaching the importance of order in the body of Christ. Bishop C.T. Olford continually recognized the need for the ministry of helps. And was available to lend support wherever needed.

Bishop Clifford T. Olford is happily married to his wife of 27 years; Overseer Stephanie Olford, an anointed vessel of God. They are blessed to have three lovely children and twelve grandchildren. Many have been set free through the ministry of Bishop Olford, with all the glory belonging to God. He fully believes that the Bible is the infallible word of God and it's the answer to whatever is needed.

March 2010, the Lord led Bishop C.T. Olford to birth Breath of Life Outreach Ministries Inc., Trenton, N.J. A ministry that focuses not just on having church but on resuscitating the lives they come in contact with, believing that "No matter how terrible or dead the situation may seem, God can and will breathe into it the "Breath of Life."

In March 2012, Bishop Olford was appointed Overseer of the New Jersey Region of the Kingdom Apostolic Fellowship Int'l, Humble Texas; where Bishop Cedric D. Kenebrew was the International Presiding Bishop; and also served as the International Overseer of Protocol.

In December 2012, after obeying the voice of the Lord he installed another Pastor as shepherd of Breath of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. now (Fresh Wind Deliverance Ministries), Trenton, NJ; while remaining it's covering and moved to Lufkin, Texas for his next assignment.

On April 7, Two Thousand Thirteen, Bishop C.T. Olford was installed as Senior Pastor of New Zion Baptist Church of Lufkin, Texas, Inc. (The City of Zion) He immediately began operating in his Apostolic mandate, by building fellowships with area churches; no matter what race or denominational affiliation they were a part of. He believes in his heart, that if the body Christ can unite, so will the cities. God began to deal with Bishop C.T. Olford about forming a fellowship of churches, which main focus is to bridge all gaps of division. He also noticed that there were still many leaders who needed strengthening and support. Thus Breath of Life United Fellowship of Churches, Int'l. was birthed.

On April 22, 2015, Overseer C.T. Olford was consecrated into the Episcopacy, affirmed as an Apostle with full Apostolic Succession and enthroned as Presiding Prelate of the Breath of Life United Fellowship of Churches Int’l., with Apostle Daniel Clark being the chief consecrator and Apostle A. Phillip Parrott of Trenton, NJ and Bishop V.K. Nelson, Sr. of Bridgeport Connecticut being Co-Consecrators.

In January 2016 Apostle C.T. Olford began the process of planting another Breath of Life Outreach Ministries in Corrigan, Tx. And in July of this same year Bishop followed the instructions of God by removing the name "Baptist" from New Zion's name. While holding on to it's rich history.

Thus New Zion Baptist Church of Lufkin, Tx., Inc. was changed to "New Zion Temple of Deliverance, Inc.". Which encourages not just baptist christians to feel free to come worship, but all, no matter what denomination, race etc.

In 2018, Apostle Olford partnered with Harvest Outreach Ministries , Phila., Pa. and planted Breath of Life Worship Center in  Gbenbars Town, Liberia, West Africa. As well as establishing the Breath of Life United Fellowship of Churches, Inc. Liberia, West Africa. In April 2019 Apostle Olford received an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity from St. Thomas Christian University.

Apostle Olford has been blessed to minister throughout the U.S, South Korea as well as South Africa.
